I have pain at back, dont know if it'll be called shoulder or neck pain. It is only at one point. Dont think it's in any bone. It occurs in flares meaning it occurs for days and then goes away on it's own and then begins again after sometime. I posted before also, but i want to know what could be the reason. Someone here recommended neck xray, so is it necessary and what can I do? Also, there is swelling on the region so what could be the cause of that? Thank you

its consistency like hard or soft or firm?
any pain associated with this swelling?

Ideally to exclude major factors, do X-ray Cervical spine AP/Lateral view.For the other symptoms esp swelling and pain,, book appointment for detailed consultation and treatment.

It could be cervical pain you cannot neglect it or the situation will get worst day by day but it’s treatable after neck X ray come for therapy and medicines to my clinic you can get physical appointment through marham

it would b good if u can visit ur doctor because we have to examine the swelling, do a relevant examination and if needed we will do blood as well as imaging studies .
