Talk to General Physician on High Fever And More

Assalam o alaikum to all members and respected doctors, I’m having so high fever 104-107 from 4 days, I can’t sleep properly since then, sometimes sar dard se phatne lagta hai kyunke sou nahe paata, bauht thand lagti hai poori raat and i get body aches and pain in my joints too, and right side wali kidney mein bhi dard houta hai jo ke pehle bhi houta tha lekin bauht kam aur once in a blue moon lekin ab roz hou raha hai jiski wajah se shayad left wali kidney bhi affect ho rahi hai usmein bhi houta hai kabhi kabhaar. Kal mein subha 7 bajay emergency gaya tha mama baba ke saath tou dr ne azamox 250mg, febrol, aur revotril di thi neend ke liye but revotril mein ne lena chor di kyun ke asthmatic patient ko nahe leni chaiye cuz i googled it.
