right now give him tab norvasc 10 mg
in er ask dr to start with 20mg iv loading dose of labetolol n then 20 mg every 10 min
max dose upto 300 mg with strict monitoring of bp n cardiac monitoring he is in hypertensive crisis rush to er asap
