Talk to General Physician on Headache

i have been experiencing pain in left back side of my head and some times top of head. My nose also gets blocked usually one side sometimes. feels pressure in teeth and head when i stand up. done my PNS xt scan reports are clear just mild deviated septum. dc prescribed tricil softin arinac tab and my hb is also 9.5. bht the problem is still the same. plz guide me
