Doctor, few weeks ago as I was constipated I bleed a bit then after that I discovered a painless, movable, oval shaped lump inside my anus skin. I'm worried about it being serious. is this haemarrhoid and how to prevent constipation?
May be External Haemorrhoids. Needs to be seen by a surgeon
Add more fiber in your diet. Brown roti Btowm bread, 1/2 cup Papaya ever nigr and more vegetabkes in your diet.Take Sachet Fibo everyday in the morning. The lump usually goes away if small and once constipation is corrected.
you should increase your water intake and take ispaghula husk 2 tablespoons in warm milk daily at night and try to eat high fiber diet like fruits vegetables and use chakki atta.

1. Constipation can contribute to bleeding. This may be a hemorrhoides and that might be a skin tag
2. Eat plenty of raw vegetables and fresh fruits. A 100 gm - 200 GM serving of fruit will be excellent. Avoid white flour, and take brown flour or chakki aata. 2 spoons Ispaghol daily are also very helpful, when taken at night.
3. I will strongly recommend having this lump checked from a surgeon. The reason being that it is always good establish how severe your problem is. It may or may not require urgent attention but after getting it checked you will be comfortable with the status.

Salam doctor, so I saw a surgeon and he took physical exam with some tools etc and told me that I have Perianal Hematoma. and prescribed medication and tubes. any other tips you can give? thank you.

Needs per rectal examination with proctoscopy for correct diagnosis. Till then use Ispaghula Husk 2 tsf after each meal.

Constipation is a cause for haemorrhoids. You need checkup. It seems that you have haemorrhoids. Take appointment and visit my clinic.
