Talk to General Physician on Fever From 2years

Aoa! I've been suffering from fever that fluctuates between (99 and 100) since December 2018. Covid19, Typhoid dot, Brucellae antibody, CBC, LFT, RFT tests are clear except ESR=36. I used panadol, paracetamol, azomax, Doxycycline but result is only temporary relief. No other symptoms of weight loss, body aches or change in appetite.I keep myself hydrated as well. Fever started in 2018 and this year in September 2020, I was diagnosed with a 3-4cm cyst on left ovary that was resolved by gynaecologist's 14 days' treatment.(I'm unmarried). Now Polycystic ovaries and uterus fibroids are under treatment due to repetition of menstrual cycle after every 15 days. Used Primlut-N for 10 days and currently take Panadol, Aldactone, Novodol, M-Folate and Vitrum. Should I undergo any other medical screening X-ray etc? Kindly give your expert opinion for this stubborn fever that remains 100 with no other symptoms. Kind Regards..
