Talk to General Physician on Fever

i want to know that once or twice a day I hve fever and it's 99 onli.. I take one panadol and it goes away and again after 10 12 hours it's 99.. it's happens from last 3 days.. no flu no cough.. but some time I hve sinus problem so mucus Ata rehta hai galay main.. and yesterday I had 2 loose motions and mild stomach pain I took ors and enflor sachet.. den Kal sham Kay baad se no motion and no pain.. body pain is very mild when it's 99 fever.. plZ I m.so much worried and tense also very afraid because of covid delta variant.. is m having this covid..guide me? plzz.. also I want to go for vaccine .. can I take vaccine if it is covid or wait for 14 days??
