Talk to General Physician on Fever 100-101 For 7 Days

I m having fever 99-101 for 7 days usually one episode in a day .it comes with feeling of cold then subsides with lots of sweating. I have taken azomax for 3 days as initially I was having sore throat but it was ok in 2 days after that I was ok but having low grade fever n excessive sweating since 2 days I m having cough n my Dr has given me emflox n hydrilin . but I m still having 99 - 100 fever with excessive sweating no other symptom my saturation is 97-98 pulse is 105 bp 120/74 I m hypertensive on co approval since age 18 what is the cause of excessive sweating n should I change my antibiotic need advice
