Talk to General Physician on Facial Allergy Plus Fever

Salam..my mother has got facial itching,pain and redness along with fever for 2 days..this kind of allergy had occurred in the past also but that was milder than this time.. right now she is taking an NSAID, an anti allergic and a topical steroid prescribed by doctors of Nishter hospital, but problem is aggravating with time..she does not use any cosmetics except a Vaseline lotion which is also used by rest of the family..kindly give your expert opinion
