Meri ammi ko aye din ye problem hoti hai. Un ka blood pressure high ho ata hai. Thursday ko bhi un ka bp high ho gaya tha 180/110 aur aj phir se bp high ho gaya.. Coronavirus ki waja se bar bar hospital jana mushkil ho jata hai. koi medicine hai jis se foran bp control ho jaye.

Medications for chronic diseases like Hypertension are lifelong. Patient has to commit compliance otherwise control will not be achieved. Yes there are medications, but unless she takes them regularly, bp will not get under control.
you can do video consultation here . no need to go to clinic. less salt, walk and tab. enalarapril 10mg once a day.
Can you share her medicines which she is taking
She needs some lab tests , and then regularly medication for high BP. So better to visit any gp at clinic

I am bit confused the title if your thread is dizziness and fatigue but it seems major concern is elevated blood pressure
following information can be of help
age of patient
is she known to have hypertension if so how long?
how is her BP like normally does she keen high BP most of time or if it is acute rise ?
if she is taking eziday what dose and compliance ?
if the bp elevation is new and acute how is she feeling? any other symptoms test pain headache shortness of breath confusion of new onset , any racing of heart etc
any other medical co morbidities known heart problem diabetics , arthritis , etc
has the bp been taken alarm or wrist ?
is it one off or repeated readings are in this range
is it fluctuation like some time around 150 others 180 etc
look at bp in other arm as well
when we see high bp in range you have to identify
if this is hypertensive emergency, urgency or you can manage over period of time .not every bp reading in given range need hospital visits.
if you could answer all above one by one one may be able to rationalize the therapeutic approach.
any recent bloods results like her kidney function , lipids HBa1c are helpful
blindly giving treatment is not sensible
