Talk to General Physician on Covid Vaccine

Assalam u Alaikum in October my father 53 yrs old diabetic for 2 years had a test of cbc his lymphocytes were 16 % rest of the things were normal dr advised him to take surbex t . So I wanna ask can he have covid vaccine or he should have a cbc test again as he had low lymphocytes previously.
