I feel pressure on my chest right on center of chest and slight pain.pressure and pain increases when I change my posher or move with no other symptoms one more thing I have slight throat issue I feel there something in my throat at one side I have done ECG its normal according to doctor so could you please guide me what's it ??

I don't have cough and fever but sometime i feel phelgum ( mucus) in my throat so I have to cough to clear it
one more thing I feel that there some thing unusual or irritating at one side of my throat maybe swelling or something but irritating
I still have some pressure on my chest
please guide

one more thing I do have stomach problem like irritating and irregular bowel movement with acidity after the toilet i feel irritating at my (back)
in these days blood is also there on my p..p.
