Hi doctors,
From last two days i m feeling mild chest pain and minor breathing issue and this happens whenever i talk alot in one go. Also, i m feeling lethargic and drowsiness all the time. For chest pain i had ecg and chest xray Allhumdullilah bothcame normal. Is there any anxiety cause i hve been distress due to corona and other job related issues. ??

Should i take any antidepressent medicine? I or nuberol forte with risek for pain relieve. Also i am IBS patient so is there any link with IBS ?
