Dear,Doctors,saheban. I want to know about the best & accurate BP monitor for home use only. The guy is not a Professional but only wants to know about his Blood pressure. He has morbid Obesity, HTN+ DMT2, he needs a Blood pressure monitor. Do you think about? Digital or manual? berurer or Omron or Certiza? which one will best>? Thank you.

asak digital bp apparatuse is best one but dont take bp daily .the best time is morning when you have brush your teeth and dont take any medicine or tea or any thing else .sit on easy chair for 5 min and than take bp this is the recommended one

You can take anyone of them if you find persistent high bp readings then your will be asked to monitor it by mercury bp apparatus and need to be seen by a consultant, for screening purposes anyone of them can be used even digital meters are already in the market although they have some readings issues but even then better for screening
