Daflon dose is 2+2+2 for 4 days then 2+ 2 for next 3 days and then 2 once daily for 2-4 week. He might be expecting some hemorrhoids probably internal. Use this medicine and also some stool softener to avoid constipation and straining while passing stool as constipation is a big reason for hemorrhoids(piles)
