Mera gala kafi dino se kharab hai. Aj subah jab me uthi to mere gale me mucus mujhe mehsoos hua to me use spit karna chahti thi. Jab me spit karti to saath hi thora khoon bhi ata. Abhi bhi gale me thora dard aur jaln ho rahi hai. Is it serious?

I dont know it happens for no reason.. May be its gluten intolerance. But it started from about three months. I dont eat wheat products now. I am fine.
