Talk to General Physician on Back Pain In The Left Side.

I was eating Sehri on my dinning table, I tried to grab a plate with my left arm that's when suddenly my whole back got squeezed and i couldn't breathe for a moment and then 5 minutes later i had a severe back pain in my upper back in the left side just down the shoulder blade. I tried physiotherapy and visited a physiotherapist but that did not worked for me at all. I used a Muscle relaxant capsule that he recommended but still no results. Now what should i do? Which doctor should i consult?
