Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constant Diarrhea/Loosse Stools And Body Odor

I've diarrhea for the last 10 years. It was on and off at first as I started eating outside food in university hostel. But now it has become routine. Some days are good but more recently I started having blood in stool. Ocassionaly Its fresh blood and the doctors gave me medicine. I've also noticed some dark spots that I could not say are blood. I'd a stool test in April and it identified blood in stool. I've taken many medicines over 10 years. Entamazole DS, Imodium, Entox P and Flagyl, Colofac, Neopraid, Secnidal Forte. If I take medicines I'm fine but mostly I've watery stools and ocassionaly blood when I've severe diarrhea. Two months ago a doctor gave me Flagyl I usually dont like it as its tastes bad. Since than I've also developed a strange pungent body odor. Thats very irritating no matter how much I take bath it dont go away. I'm fed up with all medications and now I dont take any medicines. I'd my Hepatitis tests in April that were normal. I dont know what treatment I need
