Aoa dear,
You have infection of your belly button area likley due to an underlying dermatitis.
I will suggest u to keep it clean n dry and see a dermatologist first who will start a course of antibiotics and other meds for dermatitis.
However if u r having this again n again especially with a discharge coming out too, then see a surgeon for full assessment.
Regards
Start using Spectrazole G cream twice daily for 21 days. it looks like mixed infection.
ITS ONLY FOLLICULITIS, TAKE TAB AZOMAX FOR 5 DAYS AND TRY TYO KEEP THIS AREA CLEAN AND DRY. REGARDS.

You must see a dermatologist.
As you have told this looks like an itchy red skin lesion. See a skin
specialist he will help. I hope you dont have umblical or para umblical
hernia.

Ok, see a skin specialist first, then a surgeon in yr city if required.
Being a surgeon i cannot discuss surgical options with u on a public forum like this.
