Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Discomfort

I have been having problems when sitting down on a chair like pain and need to get up every 5 or 10 minutes. My nerves in my stomach and abdominal area also feel weird to me and today I checked my anus is swollen and looks purple. I don't have blood in my stool. Kindly guide on what I should do. I am thinking about getting a digital rectal examination
