i had anal fissure about 2 months ago after acute diarrhea.applied lignocaine.GTN ointment.Took antibiotic antibiotic leflox and flaggyl.used cocunut oil in anus.But istill exists. although no severe pain or blood but still feel irritations burning itching
U shud go for surgery of anal fissure now. .it's seems chronic
