Talk to Eye Specialist on One Eye Swelling

its been 2 years since my right eye has got some strange sort of swelling. In start of this, my right eye used to look smaller than the left. But now it look more round and bigger than the left. I have used Curine drops, Systane drops, Betnisol etc . Also using Eyesight glasses 0.5 number. But nothing is working. Please doctor have a comprehensive look on this and suggest me treatment.
