i fell sudden virtgo for 1 minutez and feel like die then i counsut with docter and doctor done some blood testes and mri eeg mra all was normal now 5 days before after 2 years i feel same like that plese sugest me which dr i cunsult
if MRI is normal no need to worry . please consult ENT specialist for evaluation of Minere's disease and BPPV. If it lasts for less than a minute most most probably it's BPPV . Doctor will advise vestibular excercise.
Till that time adopt some modifications in life .
Don't drive a car or motorcycle
Don't move alone till full recovery
Keep the floor of washroom dry
While taking shower sit on stool to avoide fall and injury
Don't operate heavy machinery which needs balance
Turn on light while sleeping and don't move in dark .

U are having Balance problem. you should consult ENT specialist. U can also visit my clinic at kali tanki stop said pur road Doctors clinic in evening from 5 to 9 PM.

thanks for answer but dr sahab i cant feel virtgo regularly even sit stand or playing game its happen sudden after 2 year and 4 time a day and second day only 2 just for a second then i cunsult ent they give me only oflaxcacine drop then i cunsult medicine specialest the give me serc 24 mg twice day and stogiron fort in night i feel bater after use i ask doctor both for drive they both say me that i can drive
