assalam u alaykum.my son was advised adeno tonsillectomy around 3 years ago.earlier he developed acute infections cough and related problems like asthmatic issues as well.breathing issues sleeping issues. but al hamdu lillaah by grace of Allaah the almighty from last few months he is perfectly fine.no tonsills infection no fever no breathing issue.gets normal sleep alhamdu lillaah.we didnt give him any antibiotics but for his teeth related problems and pains. only issue is that he looks very skinny.Although hes not too much under weight just a little below normal weight range. dentist also said that teeth issues are not due to adenoids.so shall we go for adeno tonsillectomy now or we shall avoid surgery.i must inform that tonsills are apparently huge...
have to examine ur patient to decide about surgry

You can wait and see
Adenoids are removed if children can’t breath via nose due to inadequate space .Tonsillectomy can be done if huge and narrowing throat passage for normal dietc
you must take Homeo medicine without surgery he will completely cure InshaAllah kindly book appointment with me
Improve his diet with proper intake of balance uptake probably child’s ability to swallowing improper due to bigger tonsils in size often Now Adenoids not giving any problem is sleep so only Tonsillectomy is advise but better to consult again for review by ENT Specialist in ur city
