my friend when even take little tension she start feeling severe headache, her body start shivering and nosebleed begins to starts what is the cause how to treat it. plz suggest treatment for it.

This is an anxiety induced response of body needs counselling and advise on how to manage stress and anxiety. When in anxiety and stress Chek BP also. For nose better to have an examination by an ENT to identify source of bleeding and to deal accordingly. At time of bleeding.... Pinch your nose firmly for few minutes, put some cold water or ice over nose and face area. Can use Otrivin nasal spray for 7 days two puffs both sides twice per day to decrease any congestion. Avoid nasal picking. This should do!!
