These symptoms are severe in morning. It was seasonal before, but since 2 years its continuous and anti allergy medicines and nasal sprays are effective just for time being. Please guide us is there any vaccine available for such type of allergy, or home remedy or any other permanent solution for it.
Please also guide, which treatment is best for it?? P.S As its not seasonal so can't specify the allergens
there may b deviated nasal septal and enlarged nasal turbinates which are causing this allergic or hypersensitivity reactions....proper nasal examination is needed first to start any treatment
Get an x ray paranasal sinuses (waters view) to rule out sinusitis
Take steam inhalation twice a day for 1 week
Anerobic and cardio exeecise for 20 minutes at least thrice a week (it will naturally improve sinus ventilation)
