You need a proper Ent consultation for examination n diagnosis .. tc
Regarding your first issue, it's quite possible to have some. blood tinged sputum. during the acute episode of rhinitis.... needs to get it fixed asap before you get frank bleeding.
Regarding the second part, get your Thyroid Function Tests done from some good lab.
