I was 9 year old when my both ear started discharging periodically. consulted Ent specialist and taken medicine but not properly cured. now i face a severe hearing loss and tinnitus. test report are attached. any surgery can recover my hearing?
For starters. your ear drums need to be seen by an ENT surgeon.
Looks like CSOM. Need to examine your ears and discuss with u pros and cons of surgery

Oh yes! perhaps ur hearing is completely recoverable ur PTA graph shows a conductive hearing loss which is less than 60 dB. First we have to make the ears dry by precaution n medication. Once they are dry we repair the eardrums by surgery under general anesthesia. It needs an expert surgeon. I have been doing it for the last 12 years with great success. so nothing to worry about.
