Talk to Endocrinologist on Weight, Hair Growth

My weight is 42 and I am slim overall, but i feel my belly is enlarging, also my lower area is growing big. Hair growth has increased alot, i had facial hair but now much more and now even on chin, just one or two have started to grow, overall health, Extreme weekness, tired, exhausted. Zero muscle strength, extreme muscle pulls.Likoria issue too. Please suggest something, should i get a thyroid test done?
