My serum anti Thyroglobulin level is high and it is about 58.5 IU/mL
My anti thyroid peroxidase is also high and it is about 287 IU/mL
TSH level is around 7
But serum T3 and serum FT4 are within normal ranges.
Please help me understand this report. What does this report suggest? And which doctor should I consult? What measures should I take? What kind of treatment is required?
My weight is increasing even with stirct diet and 30 minutes of daily exercise, my bp is always high, my hands get blue and cold in winters, my hair are getting very thin and hair loss is also a problem.
The only medicine I am currently taking is glucophage thrice a day for my pcos.
You are having thyroid disturbance due to autoimmunity. You should consult endocrinologist to start treatment and also remain in follow up of same doctor.

It’s called Subclinical hypothyroidism . Cause is autoimmunity. Need thyroxine . Need to consult online
