nope . sweeteners retain water in your body . its better to have natural fruits and chakki wala ata instead of alternatives like diet coke or sweeteners and if your sugar levels are in control you can taste sweets or chocolates in moderation.
yeah you can say because normally ppl think its a diet coke so they consume it more than normal coke although there is a slight difference of sugar content in btw them
