Aoa few months ago i was positive h pylori and dr told me that I have faty liver. He said that i have to change my life style and do walk.. but problem is that I feel severe pain in knees when i try to walk or exercise. My current weight is 86. I want to reduce the weight but fail to do. I feel lower abdomin pain. Current problem is that i got angry over little things . Severe anger and frustration. Pastly i was using esitalopram. Little disturbance in periods and date fluctuations. Feel severe numbness in hands even with light weight like mobile and even with typing my hand and arms hurts. Severe aches in arms and veins feel like stretched. Kindly help me that what should i do now. Which type of specialist i should consult

5. Chew well the food.
6. Avoid too much starchy food and deep fried items
