Antibodies positive (hashimoto’s) causing Subclinical hypothyroidism. As per guidelines you should be on thyroxine 50mcg once daily 1 hour before breakfast . Are you currently taking thyroxine?

Start thyroxine 50 mcg 1 hour before breakfast and repeat TSH after 6 weeks. Target TSH 2.5
