What is your height? Do you smoke or take some drugs? What is your activity level? 20 years is a growing age. You will gain weight with age. It is better to be thin and healthy, than fat and unhealthy. Include proteins, vegetables, fruit, whole-wheat bread and dairy in your food. Eat a balanced diet. No need to try to gain unnecessary weight.
