Asalamwalikum,there can be multiple causes of such white patches on face can be pityriasis alba which is form of eczema,fungal infection ,on the basis of this pic its difficult to give you exact diagnosis, wood's lamp examination will be needed ,so its better to visit nearby dermatologist for confirmation thanks

i have dandruff not much. face is not dry.i have eczema problem already with family history which comes seldomly on hand or foot but never on face. i m not getting now is it eczema pr fungus.

use ketoconazole shampoo
on alternate days after washing with plain normal shampoo for 1 month
use emollient soap like baby aid soap
apply fuskin H cream twice a day for a week Then stop applying cream

i used fusac H cream for a week n found no improvment. the spots are as it is.
