My toe nails are cracked its been almost a year and they are not getting better. The cracked during my 2nd pregnancy and the nail regrowing also got cracked from the same spot. What could be the reason? What should i do to get them cured? Thanks

This looks like the effect of ill fitting shoes you might have worn during your pregnancy. This happens due to trauma or pressure because of such shoes. Anyhow you must wear open shoes now. Take a good multivitamin and a moisturizer like physiogel. It will take time to settle and may be not recover completely but shall improve in shaa Allah
you will need orsl meds for longer peroids. we need to run few tests before that and make sure there is no pregnancy so plz book appointment thru marham for proper treatment. meanwhile apply onychonil nail paint on alternate nights for 6 weeks. use buffer to remove it as directed on leaflet inside med.
You have Fungal infection of the nails. Make sure your feet do not get wet unnecessarily. After bath they must be dried out completely by pressing on a folded tissue paper.
You must make an appointment for online consultation so that anti-fungal medication could be started. However if you breast feeding the baby, no oral medicine could be prescribed to you and your will have to continue with medication for about a year.

this is secondary to trauma..dont put undue pressure on it whether in the form of shoes or any other reason..keep using multivitamin supplement.

Biotin doesn't suits me took it once it caused me nausea and vomits
