I have been suffering from cystic acne . However recently my lymp node ( below ear right and neck left ) seem swelled. My area below ear is very painful.What could be cause of it ? I do not have sore throat , fever or any other ailment. Does it point to Acne fulminans?
Simply telling ur query won't b sufficient to get a clue.. If swelling n enlarged lymph nodes are there u need to get ur self examined to reach a diagnosis. Kindly take appointment or visit a dermatologist for detailed examination
Lingo you used, sounds like you are a doctor yourself. Why don't you get to see a dermatologist in your area or do a video consult

Please have yourself examined properly by a specialist general surgeon to see if you have lymph nodes in your underarms too. Either you do it yourself or go to a breast surgeon to evaluate it you have something there.
