Pictures attached, I have textured skin and small bumps on my cheeks, under eyes, forehead, chin. All over the face. Looks somewhat like milia And it seems to increase more nd more. I am not sure who told you that you had milia. The one who diagnosed that probably knows that milia is treated by a procedure at a dermatologist clinic. Why isn’t he/she treating you for that. The bumps you have definitely are not milia.

I do not see colloidal bumps, looks to me it is acne. You need to make appointment for proper treatment.
