red spots on skin skin feels like powdery rough sometimes itching rare these get blak and then again red why it happens is this yeast or it happens due to breathing issue or something else i have attached picture

yes i have breathing issues
sometimes from humidity cold animal dander or stomach issues at one side of the neck they come and go on the other side they stay as red but no pain sometimes it causes itching otherwise no issue it feels dry for almost a year now its increasing i hav asked doctor he says its yeast and prescribed me bactocan but i have recently taken zolanix which has the same salt as bactocan for vaginal infection as i got kidney stones and contracted that but that zolanix did not cause any difference to it if its yeast
