Pls post it as anonymous. I'm 22, married female. My problem is that during winters, I face extremely dry skin with white patches on my skin near the joints( like on hand and feet fingers joints and on elbows) since my childhood. In this winter, I am also facing cuts on skin which are casing pain. Pls suggest any possible solution for this. Thanks.
