Asking for Mother, Female, 58 years old, Lahore
From past 6 months my mother is having these dark spots on her feet, these are now spreading and going towards her legs. before that her skin was clear. Question: what is the reason behind these? And what should she do?
History: Age 58. Sugar since 13 years. Taking insulin from past 3 years ( toujeo once in 24 hours, 24 points). “Glocophage” twice a day. “New day” once daily before breakfast. Her BP and sugar is normal.
What's her hepatitis status? Hep B and C?

Just ignore them it’s a permanent pigmentations. Just take care of her diabetes and blood pressure and pls take an appointment for proper advice
