A very very tiny mole/extra skin is at my vaginal area and it is attached to the skin. I tried tearing it apart but couldn't do so because of the slight painful sensation I felt. kindly let me what is it?and its cure also. I am so worried

Dear patient you need to evaluate with female dermatologist. It could be skin tag or warts. Please do not treat yourself it is very sensitive area and chance of infection.
As described by you, it seems to be a wart or skin tag. You need to visit the clinic for evaluation and removal in accordance to avoid infection.
