As soon as I moved to Turkey few months back, I developed a ring shaped patch on my leg with a mouth. At first i thought it could be due to dryness because of the change in weather. I applied fucidin. The problem is that it is not going away even after 6 months and 3 to 4 pimples have emerged on it. What could it be?

You have not described the lesion not given any credible history and did not post any picture, how do you expect us to diagnose what it is.
