Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy

Sypmtoms: lip swallowing, red scars or "daaparh" all over body from head to toe. 2 months before, the skin specialist diagnpsed this allergy as "Urticaria" I am tired of taking anti-allergic tablets e.g. kestine or neo-antial etc. All the time i feel sleepy and cannnot concentrate on studies. Mind focus absent due to dizziness of anti-allergy medicine. I have been suffering from this allergy for 2 months and i feel too much body weakness due to Parhaiz from meat, milk, egg, spicy food. Bones weakness, weight loss, feel hungry every time.

Please guide me is there any vaccination for this? Any proper treatment? When will it be fine? What food i can eat without fear of allergy?
