In winter i get severe itching on my whole body if my skin is exposed to sun, hear or i do any activity that makes me sweat even as minor as running or sudden adrenaline rush. Itching sensation goes away after a while i am in shade, cool body temperature or calm myself. There are no visible marks or anything on bodh except white dandruff like stuff where i itch. Rigix or other anti allegy meds are not much helpful. Because of this my life is totally disturbed in winters and in summer its like i never had any issue with light or heat.
