Talk to Dermatologist on Pimples On Skin

Salam doctor i visit doctr few weeks ago because of my body pimple and it was like round pimples but with medicine they disappear now i have again the proplem and these pimples are like different from the previous one and it's not aching and also its not looking like pimples it's look like rough skin and sometimes it do aching what should i do plz suggest me and the pimples are on my chest back on thighs arms forarms and buttocks and its look like rough skin not pimples before that i had also scalp problem it was like over pigmentation on all over my head and it was itchy too but gradully it become normal but still doing aching sometime(scalp)
