I ve got a pimple sort of thing on my back its been two weeks no head is coming instead it has turned purple red and its very very painful from day one cant touch it cant sleep on this side. Aching alot. What should be done? Dont know if its pus inside or something else painkiller doesnt effect now plz help

It's carbuncle Needs incision and drainage
It's an abscess. If antibiotics don't make that go away then it has to incised and drained.
