Talk to Dermatologist on Perspiration From Palm

Sir most times i have problem that in my palm ( front white side of hand with front side of five fingers ) comes perspiration. I don't know why this perspiration comes and how it can be treated. Please tell me its solution / Medicine so that i may recover from it very soon. Please Sir don't ask me to consult you online and please tell me its solution/medicine free of cost in this comment/reply section because i am student of 2nd year ( 12th class ) . Please.
