My skin is very oily and Acne prone , my age is 28 , due to oily skin my skin looks very dull and I’m really worried about that , please help me out , someone suggested me about hydra facial , I’m posting pictures of my skin kindly suggest any good doctor for skin treatment in Hyderabad .

Acne is a multifactorial disorder, one factor is a hyperplasia of sebaceous glands, oil producing glands. I suggest you can use 10 % Benzoyl peroxide face wash once a day preferably before bed. I do see some other condition on your skin, I will glad to help.
If your skin is sensitive you can start with 5% Benzoyl peroxide intially
It looks like you have hormonal disturbance because I see your face is oily, have acne and have hair growth on the face.
First thing is to find out if your hormone is really deranged and it's severity. I would like you to go for this blood test from AKUH lab 14-days "before" your next periods start.
