post burn redness takes time to settle down...what's the duration of symptoms? and quench fucidin are used initially within 1-2 days to settle down symptoms... After that treatment is changed depending upon area and duration .Better consult dermatologist so that she/he can prescribe after examining the lesions.

polyfex is better option for a certain duration of time. simple emollients are better.
